Q: Are all of the photos in the manual actual photos of my machine?
A: No. Photos of standard assemblies that are used on many different
machines are not necessarily of your machine.
Photos of assemblies that are specific to your machine are of your machine.
Q: Does the manual come on a CD?
A: No. The manual is comes in a hard copy in a 3-ring binder.
CD manuals are optional for an additional cost.
Q: Does the manual contain a copy of the electrical program if so, is it a
hard copy or electronic?
A: Yes. Each manual contains a hard copy of the program.
Electronic copies are available for an additional cost.
Q: Does the manual contain a spare parts list?
A: Yes. Standard machines with standard options contain the recommended
spare parts list.
No. Custom machines with custom assemblies do not always contain a spare
parts list.
Q: Does the manual contain instructions on Lockout/Tagout procedures?
A: No. Most companies create their own customized version of the standard
Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Q: Does the manual contain mechanical assembly drawings with the Bill of
Material?
A: Yes. Each manual contains a complete set of mechanical assembly drawings
including the Bill of Material.
Q: Does the manual contain instructions on how to order parts?
A: Yes. Each manual contains a section specifically on service and parts
ordering including a parts ordering form that includes all necessary
information to order parts.
