For over thirty years, ARPAC has been dedicated to developing innovative
packaging solutions that mean business for our customers. Our machines are
designed to wrap packages of various shapes and sizes, either individually
or grouped, in a variety of production environments. Our systems can handle
everything from multi-pack packaging to tray wrapping - continuous motion,
automated packaging to intermittent motion, manually controlled packaging -
from long production runs to small lot or batch packaging. |
Over the past few years ARPAC has grown through a series of strategic
acquisitions including GREAT LAKES Corporation in 1999, and INFRAPAK in
2002, two industry leaders in the packaging industry. GREAT LAKES, founded
in 1932, invented the world's first shrink tunnel. The GREAT LAKES product
line included shrink bundlers, bottom overlap and side seal horizontal
wrappers, food slicers and shrink tunnels. Established in 1975, INFRAPAK
specializes in quality stretch wrapping systems. The INFRAPAK product line
ranges from economical motorized manual stretch wrappers, rugged fully
featured semi-automatics, to customized fully automatic systems.
Building on the strengths, equity and value that all 3 companies bring to
the market, we have become the ARPAC GROUP, specializing in heavy-duty,
standard and custom-designed shrink packaging, corrugated packaging and
stretch wrapping solutions that meet the needs of a broad range of
industrial users.
Together the ARPAC GROUP has designed, engineered and installed over 20,000
packaging systems worldwide. Our packaging systems have been successfully
installed in the following industries including (but not limited to): Food,
Beverage, Printing and Publishing, Pharmaceutical, Health and Beauty,
Building Supplies, Automotive, Material Handling, Packaging Supplies and a
wide variety of consumer products.
All machinery is sold and serviced by the ARPAC GROUP's international
network of distributors and service technicians. Located near Chicago's
O'Hare International Airport, the ARPAC GROUP maintains sales offices
throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and selected countries
worldwide. ARPAC has approximately 200 employees and occupies 115,000 square
