ABOUT ARPAC

Since 1971, ARPAC has been recognized as a leading manufacturer of innovative end-of-line secondary packaging solutions. With over 20,000 installations worldwide, ARPAC packaging systems have been successfully installed in the following industries: food, beverage, printing and publishing, pharmaceutical, personal care, building supplies, automotive, material handling and a wide variety of industrial and consumer products.

ARPAC’s vast packaging product line includes: shrink wrappers, shrink bundlers, tray erectors, case erctors, tray packers, case packers, shrink tunnels, pallet stretch wrappers
and stretch hooding systems.

ARPAC’s headquarters, manufacturing, training facility and showroom are centrally located in Schiller Park, IL, near Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. ARPAC maintains sales offices throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and selected countries worldwide.

ARPAC has 230 employees and occupies 180,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space. ARPAC machinery is sold and serviced by our international network of 500 independent distributors.

1971 ARPAC is founded in Schiller Park, Illinois
1987 ARPAC is acquired by Michael Levy
1994 ARPAC branches out into manufacturing corrugated board packaging machinery
1994 ARPAC also branches out into manufacturing horizontal form fill and seal machinery
1999 Acquires GREAT LAKES CORP. (est. 1932), pioneers in shrink wrapping equipment and inventors of the world’s first shrink tunnel.
2001 Becomes North American master distributor for HANAGATA, the world’s largest manufacturer of automatic L-bar sealers
2002 Acquires INFRAPAK (est. 1970), leaders in stretch wrapping and unitizing equipment. Inventors of the first spiral stretch wrapper and wrap-n-weigh system
2004 ARPAC University is founded. 5,600 square foot facility complete with showroom and training rooms in Schiller Park, IL. dedicated to offering free Training for Life at our regularly scheduled classes. 2007 ARPAC begins manufacturing tray, case and box erectors.
